The Kaso 4000 range of data safes have been designed to meet the stringent requirements of European Fire Safe Testing as outlined in VDMA 24991 (EN1047-1) S120 DIS, tested and certified by ECB. Manufacturing is under the control of ISO 9001 using the latest technology and production techniques. The Kaso 4000 series models 4200, 4300 and 4400 have passed a water submersion test of 4 hours at 3 meters depth . These models have also passed a magnetic shielding test and burglary/sabotage test that failed to gain entry despite the use of explosives. The Kaso 4000 range of data safes and cabinets is suitable for commercial and domestic risks and has the coveted 2 hour VDMA 24991 (EN1047-1) S120DIS rating to protect computer media.
Body and Door	Construction embodies high grade approved fire resisting barrier materials providing resistance in excess of the test criteria.
Door Closing	The door is secured by a solid steel bolt work mechanism. (4200, 4300 and 4400)
Locking	The Kaso 4200, 4300 and 4400 is offered as a single double-bitted Mauer un-pickable key lock. Keyless combination or digital locking with audit trail if specified is available. Key locks supplied with two keys.
Options	Optional fittings include removable shelves (height adjustable as required), extending shelves, extending shelves with adjustable dividers and full-width lockable drawer units . A 3-wheel keyless combination lock, digital locking or Paxos locking system is available as an optional extra.
Finish	All safes are finished in an off white RAL 9002 finish.
